We want to greet and thank you for your interest in St. George’s College. The election to apply for your children to our school is a very important decision that you should make as a family and we want you to have the required information. Children’s education is a task shared by the family and the school. That is why it is required to work together for the education and welfare of your children.
For this reason, we ask you to read carefully the information we provide on our website before starting the application process. There you will find our mission and vision, the strategic objectives that we have propound, as well as the student and the family profile. As well, you will find information about the programs we have, the school calendars and the most important activities we do.
We hope that our website allows you to know St George’s College propound so you can make a well-informed decision when choosing our school. Here are the details of the Admission 2020 and 2021 process for the Nursery, Prekinder and Kinder grades. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact email@example.com.
Nursery: 3 years old as of March 31 of the year of application
Pre-kinder: 4 years old as of March 31 of the year of application
Kinder: 5 years old as of March 31 of the year of application
- If you are parents of the school, log in with your username and password to register as an applicant. They can use the key of dad or mum. If you are not yet a school family, first you must enter on the Web page and log in. You will receive a username and password in your email that will allow you to continue with the process.
- Complete the Entry Application and Family Survey online. (The Admission Office will print it and attach it to the file)
- Download and complete the Commitment Statement and the Information Statement about the admission fees for the year in which your child is applying. Documents to be submitted are:
a. Copy of the payment voucher of S/. 310.00 soles, for the rights of the Vacancy Application Process (Indicating the applicant’s full name, grade and year to which he/she applies) to the following emails: firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com . This payment is not subject to refund.

b. Photocopies of the ID in color of both parents.
c. Statement of Commitment and Statement of Information about the payment of the admission fees for the year in which your child is applying. The signature must match the one that appears on your ID.
d. Credit Evaluation*:
At the beginning of the application process, the following documents will be requested as a proof of regular income (both parents).
- For dependent workers:
Simple copy of the last three months’ income pay slips
- For independent workers:
Receipts or Pay slips of the last three months and the last Income Tax Payment receipt. In case there are other sources of income, please attach the provable documents.
*The school reserves the right to request a guarantee or back-up payer.
You must send the documents by email to firstname.lastname@example.org . The Admission Office will verify that the documentation is complete and will send you a confirmation email within a maximum period of three working days.
To continue the process it is required that the documents requested are complete. In case the documentation is incomplete, we will give you a maximum of one week to regularize the pending. Otherwise, the application will be without effect.
Depending on the priority and availability of vacancies, the school via email will communicate with the families to give them the corresponding date for the family interview.
Both parents must attend the interview. If you do not attend, you will be rescheduled for the appointment only one more time. If you do not attend for the second time, the next family will be given the opportunity according to their priority.
In a maximum period of one week the school will communicate with the families to provide them with the result of the Admission process.
All consults will be answered previous coordination with the Admission Office and any request must be submitted in written, within the time limits indicated
The availability of vacancies will be updated regularly. New vacancies that are presented will be allocated according to the priority criteria.
The school will communicate with the families that satisfactorily complete the process (complete documentation and interview). Those that do not get a vacancy will be included in a waiting list, just in case a vacancy is available.
The payment of the admission fee for the Admission process for Nursery, Pre Kinder, Kinder and first grade 2020 and 2021 is S /. 27,500 soles.
The payment of entry fee is not refundable. The aforementioned provision is subject to the Emergency Decree 002-2020 and its Regulations, when they come into force.
The families to whom a vacancy is assigned must cancel the admission fee within 7 calendar days, counted from the mailing date of confirmation of the allocation of the vacancy. Once the payment has been made, you must send a copy of the voucher or the certificate of transfer to the e-mails email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org indicating in the voucher and in the mail all the details of the applicant (full name, age, grade and year to which you applied). Any request or query on this aspect you can write to the Admission Office, prior to the expiry of the period.
To formalize your child’s admission, you must pay the admission fee.
